Jinzhize Story

Dongtai Jinzhize Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturing facility dedicated to threaded connection products for the automotive and aerospace sectors. We primarily produce Helical Wire Inserts, Self-Tapping Inserts, Key Locking Inserts, Threaded Adapters, Oil Plugs, as well as matching installation taps and tools.

Established in 2015, the company operates from a 10,000-square-meter-owned manufacturing plant equipped with hundreds of machine tools and automated production systems. Through years of development, we have built an experienced team of design, development, and production specialists, complemented by a rigorous quality management system and comprehensive after-sales service mechanism.

Our products are widely utilized in the automotive industry (including engines and transmissions for both passenger and commercial vehicles), the aerospace industry, and rail vehicle manufacturing.

With an annual output value of 153 million RMB in 2024, we possess the capability for a large-scale, stable supply. We are committed to providing customers with highly consistent, traceable products and reliable service support.

HISTORY
Evelopment Path
2015
The company was established, identifying threaded connection metal products as its core focus. It concentrated on the R&D and production of thread inserts and supporting tools, laid out related products, deeply cultivated the automotive and aviation fields, and built an initial production and product framework.

2016
Started the construction of its own factory, introduced machine tools and equipment, set up an initial team, completed small-batch trial production of core products, expanded nearby customers, and achieved initial breakthroughs in production capacity.

2017
Optimized product processes, conducted special R&D on products adapted for the automotive field, increased equipment investment, standardized procedures and established quality inspection processes, improved product qualification rates, and accumulated experience in supporting automotive components.

2018
Obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification, improved the full-process quality control mechanism, enhanced product consistency and reliability, strengthened competitiveness, and expanded high-quality customer resources.

2019
Expanded the factory, added automated equipment to increase production capacity; set up R&D and production teams, promoted the R&D of non-standard customized products, optimized after-sales processes, and built an initial after-sales system.

2020
Expanded the core automotive industry market, initiated cooperation in the aviation and rail vehicle fields; optimized supply chain management to respond to raw material fluctuations and ensure stable production.

2021
Introduced digital production management tools to promote the upgrading of production automation; deepened cooperation with leading automotive component enterprises, optimized product structure and enriched product specifications.

2022
Put a 10,000-square-meter factory into use, equipped with hundreds of automated equipment to achieve large-scale production; optimized the full industrial chain process, improved after-sales services, and provided customized solutions.

2023
Developed thread inserts adapted for new energy vehicles, promoted the precision upgrading of products to meet aviation scenario requirements; initiated the construction of a quality traceability system and increased production capacity and market share.

2024
The output value reached 153 million yuan, with an annual production of 100 million automotive engine thread inserts and 50 million oil plugs; products were widely used in multiple fields, forming a traceable supply system and becoming a high-quality supplier in the segment.

2025
Promoted high-end system certification in the automotive and aviation fields; deepened digital transformation, improved production efficiency, shortened delivery cycles, and strengthened collaborative supply capacity.

2026
Developed special alloy thread inserts and expanded high-end segmented markets; improved green manufacturing, expanded overseas markets, promoted brand upgrading, and transformed into an integrated solution provider.
