Color Zinc Coating Protection: The surface features a color zinc coating with a passivation layer, offering 96–120 hours of salt spray resistance. Provides better corrosion and wear resistance than standard blue-white zinc inserts, suitable for outdoor and industrial workshop environments.
Self-tapping Quick Installation: Equipped with cutting threads, no pre-tapping or adhesive is required. Can be quickly installed into the base material using standard tools, significantly reducing assembly time and labor costs.
Thread Reinforcement: Embedding in soft materials forms high-strength internal threads, improving load-bearing and impact resistance, and preventing thread stripping or loosening.
