Key-locking Insert

A high-strength thread reinforcement component, typically made of precision-machined stainless steel or carbon steel. It features internal and external threads, with one end or a specific section designed with one or more “key” or “tab” protrusions. Thanks to its strong reinforcement and locking effect, it is widely used in aerospace, automotive, mold making, machinery, electronics, and medical equipment—especially in applications requiring frequent disassembly, high vibration resistance, or heavy load capacity.
