Product Overview

Our helicoil type wire thread insert is a precision-formed, diamond-section coil that restores or reinforces internal threads in aluminum, magnesium, cast iron, plastic and other soft-to-tap materials. It is produced to MIL-I-45914 / NASM8846 / IFI-536 tolerances and is supplied in free-running and screw-lock configurations, so it can be used as a direct replacement in existing tooling and installation lines.
